At Open Stage, we are proud of the way our company of artists works together to push boundaries. We take risks beyond what might be expected from a traditional theatre experience, both with the work we choose to produce and the way we choose to produce it. During our season, Open Stage features plays and musicals performed by professional actors as well as students from The Alsedek Theatre School. There are also cabaret performances, streaming and in-person talk shows, a yearly production of The Diary of Anne Frank for local students, and a collaboration with Sankofa African American Theatre Company. Open Stage greatly values our commitment to artistic freedom, and works to encourage an active and living relationship between our audience and our company of artists.

We are excited to partner with like minded companies and groups who also value the importance of the arts and the importance of building connections to create stronger communities. Open Stage has made a commitment to support the cultural education of the community while building informed theatre audiences and artists.
