Open Stage produces high quality regional professional theatre, employing artists who are committed to theatre as a life’s work.
Open Stage is a regional professional theatre and educational program dedicated to presenting diverse offerings of thought-provoking theatre and educational activities in intimate settings. We are committed to supporting a company of artists who are passionate about creating meaningful and engaging experiences for our audiences.
We are located in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, PA, and have three performance venues: the Main Stage, the Studio Theater, and the Court Street Cabaret. We offer a variety of ticket prices to make our shows accessible to everyone. Our subscription program, The Inner Circle, offers a variety of benefits, including tickets to all Open Stage shows, invitations to post-show discussions, exclusive discounts and offers, and the ability to reserve tickets for friends at the Box Office.

The Staff
STUART LANDON (he/him, Producing Artistic Director) was born an Okie, reared a Texan, and schooled a Sooner. He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Oklahoma and has proudly called Harrisburg home since 2007. At Open Stage, Stuart’s directing credits include Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors, Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Boys in the Band, Ride the Cyclone, What the Constitution Means to Me, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, The Exorcist, Tiny Beautiful Things, Into the Woods, Treasure Island, Carole King’s Tapestry Live, Over the Rainbow: The Songs of Judy Garland, Angels in America, Amélie the Musical, Carrie the Musical, Little Women, The Flick, Akeelah and the Bee with Sharia Benn of Sankofa African American Theatre Company, Fun Home, A Christmas Carol, Peter, Hook, & the Darlings, The Hobbit, L. Frank Baum’s OZ, and The Diary of Anne Frank. As a performer, Stuart has appeared in Every Brilliant Thing, Poirot Investigates!, I’m Proud of You, Ragtime, Sondheim on Sondheim, Court Street Cabaret, The Santaland Diaries, Clybourne Park, A Christmas Memory, Frost/Nixon, A Child’s Christmas in Wales, Little Shop of Horrors, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Well, 8, The Normal Heart, [title of show], Doubt, The Full Monty, Oklahoma!, Lucky Stiff, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Last Five Years. In addition to his work at Open Stage, Stuart serves as Director of Community Engagement at Midtown Cinema, where he focuses on film programming and is a founding panelist for the cinema’s Down in Front! comedy riffing series.
PATTI FOX MILLER (she/her, Box Office Manager) Born in Brooklyn, NY, she has lived in Pennsylvania for many years, but will always consider herself a New Yorker. Patti has worked as a radio disc jockey and news director in Central PA, and has had the pleasure of performing on stage at Lebanon Community Theatre in the past. One of her favorite theatre memories is appearing as Mother Goose in Babes In Toyland, with her daughters also in the cast. Patti loves her position as the Box Office Manager here at Open Stage.
ANTHONY PIERUCCINI (he/him, Music & Multimedia Coordinator) is an LVC graduate with a BA in Music Performance. He has spent the years since graduating fine-tuning a multitude of skills including music composition/ arranging, recording/audio technology, computer science, and a variety of other skills! Anthony has worked for a variety of regional and community theatres across central PA, and has been involved in many of Open Stage's productions. A few favorite productions are Something Rotten, Heathers, and Absolutely Freaked! In 2022 Anthony won the CPMA for Instrumental Album of the Year with his project The Masque of the Red Death released under Tony Wayne. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his cats (Tamao, Kiki, and Inari), and rescues/TNRs stray cats. Anthony loves his versatile work with Open Stage, and is looking forward to supporting and growing with the theatre!
JACOB SCHLENKER (he/him, Costume Shop Manager & Resident Designer) is a lifelong theatre artist with experience in costumes, wigs, scenic construction, props, and lighting. He discovered his passion for theatre through DreamWrights and Weary Arts Group in York before earning a degree in Technical Theatre from Muhlenberg College. After graduating, Jacob continued his work with Weary Arts Group and joined the theatre faculty at York College, where he enjoys sharing his love of technical theatre with students. In 2025, he joined Open Stage and is excited to contribute to the organization's productions. Outside of theatre, Jacob runs a small business designing and making miniature stuffed animals.
GABRIELLE TOKACH (she/her, Marketing & Development Coordinator) earned her BA in Musical Theatre and Arts Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College, obtained her MA in Arts Management from George Mason University, and is working towards her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University. Her favorite roles include Mrs. Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, Elizabeth Proctor in The Crucible, and Daria Chase in The Game’s Afoot. On the other side of the footlights, she has directed Wondrous Strange, Sister Act, Little Shop of Horrors, and numerous youth productions. She has worked at Way-Off Broadway, Contemporary American Theater Festival, Woolly Mammoth, Arvold Cast, and Scrappy Cat Productions.
