The Court Street Cabaret, is our beautiful bar and lobby! We have a full bar serving delicious snacks, sweet treats, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages all of which are allowed in the theater for the show.

Join us in The Court Street Cabaret for a drink before the show! The Box Office and bar open 1 hour before the performance begins.
Order from your Phone
Order drinks & snacks from your phone! You can order a drink while you're parking or on the way in, so you don't have to wait in line. You can also pre-order drinks for intermission through the website or with the bartender.

Ticket Policies
Everyone Must Have a Ticket
Everyone must have a ticket to be seated—no babies in arms or kids on laps. Tickets can be printed at home, displayed on a mobile device, or picked up at the Box Office.
Late Seating
Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the performance starts. There will be no late seating after the commencement of the performance to ensure the safety of our performers and patrons.
Age Guidance
Many of our productions contain adult themes and are generally recommended for ages 16 and up. Check the show page for more information about content advisories, and feel free to reach out to the Box Office for more specific questions about content. No children under the age of 5 are admitted into the theater unless otherwise noted.
Exchange & Refund Policy
If you cannot attend a performance, you can exchange your tickets to another performance of the same production.

Non-members: exchanges must be made 48 hours, or more, prior to the start of a performance.

Members of The Inner Circle: exchanges must be made 24 hours, or more, prior to the start of a performance.
If tickets cannot be exchanged, they can be donated back to the theatre for the use of the Box Office and artists of Open Stage.
Inclement Weather
Ticket-holders for those performances will be notified by email or phone as soon as a decision is made. Updates can also be found on social media, though we always encourage you to check our website for the most up-to-date cancellation information.
Cancellations
The Box Office will contact ticket-holders on the next business day.
Seating Charts
Our Capital Blue Cross Main Stage has seating for 112.
Our Studio Theater is a flexible space with seating for 43-60.
The Court Street Cabaret features a full bar and chanteuse stage.

Street Parking
Downtown street parking is free after 5pm, Monday through Saturday, and free all-day on Sunday.
Saturday, you can get 4 hours of free parking if you download the ParkMobile app and use the promo code LUVHBG.

The entrance ramps are accessed from N Court St or Walnut St.

This lot is located on Locust St just a short walk across Walnut St from Open Stage.
Capitol Parking Spots
These spots are available on Commonwealth Ave in the State Capitol Complex. They will be marked as reserved but are free to the public after 5pm and on weekends.
